As the summer of 2021 concluded, Exclusive Events DJ was invited by Coffee & Cars Littleton to perform at the Endless Summer Car Show during Summerset Festival in Clement Park on September 18, 2021. Coffee & Cars Littleton hosted the car show for the third year while the festival has been an annual tradition for the past 36 years. All proceeds from the car show support Back the Blue K-9 Force and Foothills Park & Recreation.
The event attracted thousands of visitors from all over Denver Metro to view hundreds of beautiful vehicles consisting of different makes and models. We DJ’ed a variety of music from 1950’s Doo-wop to the latest Top-40 hits and received an approval in the form of a thumbs up from many passersby. Our tent was neighbored on each side by The Prevail Group and Behind the Scenes Tap House.
Coffee & Cars Littleton
The Prevail Group owners Kevin and Amy Salley founded Coffee & Cars Littleton in 2016 when they decided their love of cars should be part of the community. Kevin owns a 1967 Dodge Coronet and Amy a 1974 International Scout II. This group has allowed them to help our community by hosting events in support of First Responders, Police K-9’s, and Veterans. Their mission is to use Real Estate as a catalyst for supporting those who serve us.
Coffee & Cars Littleton takes place on the first Saturday of the month between 7:30am-10:00am at this year’s sponsor, Behind the Scenes Tap House. For the car guys out there, this is the opportune time to get out and meet some fellow gear heads while showing off your own ride. Behind the Scenes is known for their quality self-serve brews. At their brewery you pour your own selection by the ounce. This allows you to taste several beers until you find the one that hits the spot. You can also enjoy some of the most refreshing seltzers, wines, and mixed drinks from their 50 self-serve taps, while devouring some delicious eats.
Endless Summer Car Show Sponsors
Several other sponsors not only contributed to the show, but also handed out swag to visitors. Blake Walvoord graciously spent the day taking amazing video and even a few photos (see above photo). Food and Beverages were provided by Smokin’ Tejanos and Dirt Coffee Bar, while Bruce Oyler’s State Farm Insurance Agency, Wax Creek, Conifer Excavating, Custom Garage Solutions LLC, and DCF Guns all contributed to the logistics, booths, and volunteer t-shirts.
Overall, the car show was a huge success and a great way to spend the final weekend of summer. If you are looking for a local DJ to mix great music and move your guests on the dance floor, while helping your organization raise awareness and money, we are the DJs for you. As the season ends, we are all looking forward to next year’s Coffee & Cars Littleton events which continue to grow year over year.
