Whether you live a busy life and don’t know where to start, or just want a professional to assist with managing your big day, we can help! Couples can add complete day of wedding coordination when you book our DJ service. Our two-person team will ensure all the small details are addressed well before your guests arrive and after they leave.

Week-of and rehearsal coordinator
- Walkthrough ceremony, confirming specifics such as lineup order, responsibilities, and nuances.
- Confirm and read through timeline, make any last minute changes if necessary.
- Discuss who will be responsible for bringing important items, handling remaining payments, distributing gratuities, collecting decorations and gifts.
- Contact venue and vendors to discuss specifics, confirm timeline, confirm setup time, and expectations.
Morning-of coordinator
- Check-in vendors as they arrive, escort them where they need to go, establish expectations, and timing.
- Meet with bridal party, ensure everyone setup food and beverages (if applicable).
- Ensure hair and make up schedule is on time.
- Help photographer(s) maintain pre-ceremony shooting schedule.
- Verify that rentals, décor, florals, gift table, place cards, centerpieces, etc. are staged according to plan. Assist those setting up when able and available.
Coordination during your wedding
- Greet guests, direct them where they need to go, and answer any questions throughout the night.
- Line up wedding party and family members. Make sure important items are in the right hands and ready to go. Cue the start of the wedding ceremony.
- Ensure timeline of events is unfolding as planned while handling unexpected events and making adjustments as necessary.
- Keep an eye out for potential hazards and ensure cleanliness and tidyness throughout the night.
Coordination after your wedding
- Collect personal items such as wedding gifts, cards, and bags. Make sure they are left with dedicated friend or family member.
- Assist in removal of decorations, hand off to proper person for removal from the venue.
- Ensure all vendors are packed up and out of the venue in a timely manner.
- Distribute any final payments and/or gratuities as previously discussed.
- Final walkthrough to ensure no items left behind and verify venue condition prior to lights out..
